Most gowns take [X–X weeks] from deposit to delivery, depending on design complexity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — ask us during your consultation.
We ship worldwide, with particular experience serving clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.
Because every piece is made to your measurements, we don't accept returns — but minor fit adjustments are supported through our alteration partner network in major U.S. cities.
Orders begin with a deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipping. Ask us about payment plan options for larger orders.
